The Zambian and
Malawi Trail. 14nights/15 Days.
Day 1. Meet and
greet at Lusaka International Airport.
Immediate
departure by Road to Lower Zambezi National Park and overnight at Kanyemba
Lodge. Full board basis.
Day 2.4. Boat
transfer from Kanyemba River lodge to Kasaka River lodge on the banks of the
Zambezi River and adjacent to the lower Zambezi National Park. At Kasaka River
lodge and get the treat to the beauties of the lower Zambezi, with numerical
game drives, boat cruises and evening sundowners. Enjoy an all inclusive
basis, with meals and two game activities per day. All teas and coffees and
drinks inclusive while on a safari.
Day 5 & 6. Depart Kasaka River lodge into the lower Zambezi N. Park on canoeing trail for 2 full
days whilst enjoying game through both the National parks. (The Lower Zambezi &
the Mana pools on the opposite Zimbabwean side (Full board).
Day 7. Arrive in
Luangwa Boma and pick up for there for onward journey by road to Chipata and overnight
in Chipata at Chachacha on full board basis.
Day 8. Depart Chipata for
South Luangwa National Park and overnight at Kafunta River lodge on
an all inclusive basis with 2 game activities per day.
Day 9 & 10. Still
at Kafunta River lodge on an all inclusive basis.
Day 11. Depart
South Luangwa National Park for Malawi en route to Lilongwe and transfer to
Kasungu NP – Overnight at Lifupa lodge on full board with two game drives per
day.
Day 12. Depart Kasungu
NP and drive to Liwonde NP (Southern lake shore) overnight at Chembe
Eagles lodge on Dinner & breakfast basis.
Day 13 & 14.
Liwonde NP and drive south wards to Mvuu Camp. Overnight Mvuu Camp on Full board
Basis with 2 game drives per day.
After morning
activity, transfer from MVUU Camp to Zomba Plateau overnight sunbird Kuchawe Inn
Hotel on Dinner & breakfast.
Morning tour of
the Plateau and then transfer to Blantyre. Overnight Jambo Cottage on Dinner,
bed & breakfast basis.
Depart Blantyre
for Home.
